“Which frequency bands (in GHz) are harmful for humans? ”

The answer is a bit complex, because it depends that:

• What is frequency?

• How much power is that radiation on Power Level?

• How long the person is in contact with him?

🧠 human body and electromagnetic radiation (EMR):

Radio frequency (RF) radiation can range from 3 kHz to 300 GHz. It mainly has an impact on humans:

1. Thermal effects:

RF waves with high power can heat the body's tissue.

Example: Microwave Ovens work on approximately 2.45 GHz.

2. Non-thermal (non-thermal):

Long -term contact with low -power signals - which has revealed concerns such as sleep, stress, possible impact on DNA, but scientific evidence is not completely decisive right now.
