Made in India या सिर्फ Indian Brand? Skye Air और Airbound Drones की असली कहानी भारत का drone sector तेजी से बढ़ रहा है। लेकिन एक सवाल अभी भी पूरी तरह साफ नहीं है—जब किसी drone को “Indian” या “Made in India” कहा जाता है, तो आखिर उसका मतलब क्या होता है? हमने दो भारतीय drone-tech startups—Skye Air Mobility और Airbound—की official websites पर उपलब्ध जानकारी को देखा और एक महत्वपूर्ण distinction सामने आया। 🚁 Skye Air: Indian company, लेकिन “Made in India” claim कहाँ है? Skye Air Mobility भारत में autonomous drone delivery के क्षेत्र में काम करती है। कंपनी अपनी technology stack में autonomous flight, AI, flight computers, GPS/GLONASS/BeiDou, 5G connectivity और UTM जैसी technologies का उल्लेख करती है। लेकिन यहाँ एक सवाल उठता है: क्या Skye Air की website अपने drones को “Made in India” कहती है? हमारी website review के अनुसार, official website पर स्पष्ट रूप से: - “Made in India” - “100% Indian-made” - “100% Indian components” जैसा कोई claim दिखाई नहीं देता। इसका मतलब यह नहीं है कि Skye Air के drones Chinese हैं। इसका सिर्फ इतना मतलब है कि official website के आधार पर 100% Indian manufacturing का दावा साबित नहीं किया जा सकता। और यही distinction महत्वपूर्ण है। --- ✈️ Airbound: “Engineered for India” लेकिन क्या “Made in India”? Airbound की कहानी थोड़ी अलग है। कंपनी खुद को: “India’s Most Audacious Hardware Company” बताती है। इसके TRT aircraft के लिए company का phrase है: “Engineered for India, Ready for the World.” Airbound aircraft, hardware और software बनाने की बात करती है और अपने aircraft में proprietary carbon-fiber composites के इस्तेमाल का भी उल्लेख करती है। लेकिन यहाँ भी एक महत्वपूर्ण अंतर है: «Engineered for India ≠ Made in India» किसी aircraft को भारत के लिए design या engineer करना और उसके हर component को भारत में manufacture करना दो अलग बातें हैं। Airbound की official website पर भी ऐसा स्पष्ट statement नहीं मिलता कि TRT का हर hardware component भारत में बना है। --- 🔍 असली जांच: Drone के अंदर क्या है? किसी drone को “100% Made in India” कहने से पहले सिर्फ उसका logo या company headquarters देखना पर्याप्त नहीं है। हमें देखना होगा: Motor किसकी है? ESC कहाँ बना है? Flight controller कौन बनाता है? Battery cells किस देश से आते हैं? GPS/GNSS module कहाँ का है? Communication electronics किस manufacturer के हैं? Airframe कहाँ manufacture होता है? और सबसे महत्वपूर्ण— Final assembly और actual manufacturing कहाँ होती है? इन सवालों के जवाब मिलने के बाद ही किसी drone की वास्तविक supply chain समझी जा सकती है। --- 🇮🇳 “Indian Drone” के कई मतलब हो सकते हैं एक drone को Indian कहने के कम-से-कम पाँच अलग अर्थ हो सकते हैं: 🇮🇳 Indian company 🇮🇳 Indian-designed 🇮🇳 Indian-engineered 🇮🇳 India-assembled 🇮🇳 Indian-manufactured components इनमें से कोई एक सच होने का मतलब यह नहीं कि बाकी सभी भी सच हैं। उदाहरण के लिए, कोई भारतीय startup aircraft को design और integrate कर सकता है, लेकिन उसके कुछ electronic components global suppliers से आ सकते हैं। यह aviation और electronics industry में असामान्य बात नहीं है। --- ⚠️ तो क्या Skye Air या Airbound Chinese drones इस्तेमाल करती हैं? इस investigation में हमें ऐसा credible evidence नहीं मिला कि इन दोनों कंपनियों के complete delivery aircraft Chinese-made drones हैं। लेकिन दूसरी तरफ: हमें ऐसा पर्याप्त public evidence भी नहीं मिला जिससे यह कहा जा सके कि इनके drones के 100% components भारत में manufactured हैं। इसलिए दोनों extreme claims से बचना चाहिए: ❌ “ये Chinese drones हैं।” और ❌ “इनमें हर component भारत में बना है।” दोनों claims के लिए मजबूत evidence चाहिए। --- 🧩 सबसे बड़ा सवाल अभी बाकी है भारत में “Made in India” drone ecosystem का असली test सिर्फ यह नहीं है कि drone किस Indian startup के नाम से उड़ रहा है। असली test है: उस drone की supply chain कितनी Indian है? अगर airframe भारत में बने, software भारत में develop हो, लेकिन critical electronics और battery cells विदेश से आएँ—तो उसे किस स्तर तक “Made in India” कहा जाना चाहिए? यही बहस आने वाले वर्षों में और महत्वपूर्ण होने वाली है।
