I think it's for youth, that either has committed, or attempted to commit suicide, and for they who have been bullied on social media.
I am going to call the number to see if they will allow me to join, because for six years, June 16, 2016 through March 25, 2022, Facebook has messed with my account(s), on twelve accounts, in six separate areas, and continues today with their crap!
I think Facebook is trying to make me crazy, or insane, with their bully ways!

Have you ever tried to get a hold of a live person of Facebook? All of the emails are defunct, Mark Zuckerberg's email is defunct, their phone number is defunct.

I called that number six times in three years!
I got the same message each and every time!

also are defunct! I sent numerous messages to eight Facebook's Twitter pages! All defunct! To save on money, Facebook should drop all email addresses, all Twitter pages, the phone number!

if they don't receive call. then why do they provide phone number.
But i tell you that Facebook has large number of users so they ignore your problem, As i think.
I believe Facebook is all automated.
On a Google search I asked how many employees does Facebook have. If I remember correctly, it's 58,604. But I do nit think they are real people.
