Is Ownmates up and running? Because on my Samsung Galaxy A 15, when I tap the Ownmates icon on my main screen, to start the app, it starts, then stops. But here on my tablet, it is working.

clear cache or unistall and install
The admin sent me an email.
To go to my apps, to OM, go to storage, clear storage. I also cleared the casche.
Works now.
