In the winter of 1989, according to information allegedly published from secret Soviet archives, Soviet soldiers found an unidentified alien in a forest near Chelyabinsk.
A documented report from December 24–25, 1989 says a Soviet L-29 jet pilot near Chelyabinsk observed a dark, cigar-shaped unidentified object for several minutes. The incident was discussed in International UFO Reporter in 1991.
