Binance Hit by $6.3 Billion Crypto Hack
The FBI has blamed North Korea-linked hacking group TraderTraitor for stealing approximately $6.3 billion in cryptocurrency from Binance in a cyberattack on October 29, 2026.
Binance says it has replenished around 90% of the stolen assets and will cover the financial losses to protect its customers.
Around $3 billion in affected assets have reportedly been frozen.
This could become one of the largest cryptocurrency thefts in history.
