"When the people there are not getting work due to AI in America, then why are people going to work there from India?"

This question touches the Global trends. Let us understand it by breaking it into parts:

🧭 1. Why does it seem beneficial to go to America from India?

✅ High salary and standard of living:

• The same job salary in America is often 3–10 times more than India.

• With this, Indian workers can improve their economic condition and support the family.

✅ Advanced Technical Exposure:

• America is still considered to be World's Tech Hub - Companies like Google, Apple, Amazon, Tesla are there.

• Indian youth get a chance to work with cutting-edge technology, research, and global teams.

✅ America needs

• There is a huge shortage of skilled engineers for Tech Jobs in the US.

• The technical ability of Indians and proficiency in English language attracts America.

• This is the result of policies like H-1B visa.

🤖 2. 2. Why job crisis in America due to AI?

📉 Technical Change:

• Many routine jobs (customer service, data entry, retail etc.) are ending from AI.

• But to train AI, maintain, ethical, still need a skilled manpower - and there is a demand for Indians.

📊 What do American youth want?

• Many youth in America do not want to do manual or repetitive jobs, while people coming from abroad are ready, whether it is difficult or long hours.

🇮🇳➜🇺🇸 3. 3. Who are going from India?

Why are classes going?

Tech Engineers Better Salary, Advanced Tech Exposure

Researchers / PhDs Lab Facilites, Grants, Global Collection

Nurses / Medical Staff Hug Shortage in America in America

Blue-Collar Workers Jobs that do not want to do local American (Hotel, Cleaning etc.)

🧠 A contradiction:

AI is also eating jobs in America, and is also taking Indians there.

India has Tech Talent, and people in America are either not for those jobs, or do not want to do it.

🔮 Should India stop moving towards America now?

Not just because there is a threat to AI.

Rather, India should do two things together:

1. Creating your place in technology - like Ondc, UPI, ISRO, TCS.

2. Leading global skills and leading abroad, as sundar pichai, satya nadella and others.

📌 Conclusion:

People from India go to America because there is better opportunity, salary, and technical exposure - even if AI has finished some jobs, skilled jobs are still available.

India will have to become a long -term self -reliant and job -giving country - but at the same time it will also have to maintain its place in the global talent market.

▶ So why do American not learned and work!

Very good and important questions:

"When there are jobs related to AI or Tech in America, then why don't the people themselves learn and work 'special skills'?"

The answer is not easy, but we can understand it through society, education, culture and economy.

🧠 1. 1. Casual lifestyle and 'comfort zone'

• A large section in America is financially stable since long - they do not have compulsion to learn everything new.

• Unemployment benefits, food stamps, subsidy etc. they provide them to run life.

• Many people consider "Blue-Collar" or "Manual Labor" as small, while migrants consider it an opportunity.

🎓 2. 2. Distance in education system

• High technical education in the US education system is very expensive (an engineering degree can be $ 50,000 - $ 100,000).

• Many American students stay away from tech or stem areas due to fear of students.

• Students from countries like India go to these areas on the basis of scholarship or talent.

💼 3. Cultural MindSet and Priorities

• Some youth in America think: "We want purpose, passion, and balance - Not just work."

• It takes dedication, time and continuity to learn technical skills - while some people prefer Creative Fields, Social Causes or Entrepreneurship.

🌐 4. dependence on immigration

• America has been used for decades to bring high-Skill talent from outside (H-1B, Opt, Green Card).

• Global talent hubs like Silicon Valley have become the hub - Indian, Chinese, Russian, Israeli etc.

• Therefore American companies do not feel the need to invest in local skill development.

🤖 5. AI and technology speed is very fast

• New technology is coming every 3–4 years - AI, Ml, Cloud, Blockchain, Quantum Computing…

• Many people are unable to learn at this speed, or are afraid that "all the machines are doing now."

🧭 Conclusion:

American people can learn special skills - but many people do not learn, because:

• No financial needs (safety net)

• Fear of expensive education and student debt

• The culture and priorities of work are different

• Full supply of migrants

• Adaptation from rapidly changing technology is harder

💬 India vs. America- The difference of thinking:-

Education hunger-

In India -Skis so that something can be made ”

In America- "Find Passion, career will be made on its own"

Need for employment - necessary to run life in India

One aspect of living America-not necessary

Pa sense of tech skill:- Survival Pride in India

In America -Option, Not Obligation

Preparation for technological change:- Rapid adaptation in India

Consultation in America or selective adaptation.
