People of African ancestry are often thought to have “stronger” DNA, but this is a misconception. Scientifically, the DNA of all humans is about 99.9percent identical, and the differences between races make up only around 0.1 percent. There is no scientific concept or measurement called “strong DNA.” This belief mostly arises from observable differences in physical traits, such as muscle structure, bone density, or endurance in some groups of African ancestry, which are the result of natural selection, evolution, and environmental influences, not superior DNA. Similarly, variations in disease risk—such as the higher prevalence of sickle cell anemia among people of African ancestry—reflect genetic adaptation to specific environments, not biological superiority. In fact, people of African ancestry show greater genetic diversity because human evolution began in Africa, and greater diversity does not mean greater strength. Overall, no race is biologically stronger or weaker; all humans share fundamentally the same DNA, with differences shaped by environment and adaptation.
