The Eightfold Path is one of the core teachings of the Buddha, which aims to liberate suffering and attain factual knowledge. Eight organs:
1. Right View: Knowing the Four Noble Truths
*The world is full of suffering and everything is momentary
*Community of suffering: There are reasons for suffering
*Cessation of suffering: End of suffering is possible
*Cessation of suffering: There is a path to end suffering
2. Right resolution: mental and moral development
3. Right words: Not speaking harmful things 4. Samyak Karma: Not doing harmful deeds
5. Right livelihood: not doing harmful business 6. Due Effort: Self-Improvement
7. Samyak Smriti: Ability to see with clear knowledge
8. Samyak Samadhi: Attainment of Nirvana
