Since Ownmates, seems to not allow me to share photos, or, videos, in posts, I found a loophole!
In my, and your Google Photos, as you tap the "share" icon, it shows several says to share. Including, making a link out of your photo, or video!
Come back to your post, and tap, the "sharing" icon, the link for the photo, or video, shows! Then post and share that way!
